YOUR CMA NEWS FLASH
10/14/16

The CMA Awards are about to turn 50. What does that entail? For one, the CMA Songwriters Series is returning to Nashville's CMA Theater in the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum during CMA Awards Week on 11/3. The event, which starts at 7pm CT, will include performances from Gary Burr, Georgia Middleman, Don Schlitz and Brad and Brett Warren.

Tickets for that will be available to purchase, beginning 10/17 at 10am CT.

Also in celebration of the big 5-0, the CMA and Phoenix's Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) have partnered together to create a unique exhibit that honors music makers and temporarily houses instruments from the likes of Roy Clark, Jerry Douglas, Mac McAnally and Mark O'Connor. Hunter Hayes will lead the opening on 10/24 (at 10:30am MT).

Basically, Nashville is gearing up for one hell of a birthday party. Best break out those dancin' shoes, buddy.
