MIDLAND: BEST ON THE NASHVILLE SCENE

With just days to spare before their first Grammy appearance and a tour with Little Big Town on the horizon, Big Machine's Midland has been named Best New Act by Nashville Scene's Country Music Critics' Poll. Their Grammy-nominated track "Drinkin' Problem" was also deemed the Best Song of 2017. The honors are voted on annually by a college of 94 country music journalists, check out the complete list of recipients here.

The news comes just after the trio hit NYC as the musical guest on Colbert on 1/23.They performed "Make A Little" off their debut full-length, On The Rocks. Midland is up for Best Country Group/Duo Performance and Best Country Song Grammys. While we indulge our own drinking problem, you can watch the performance below.
