Capitol Nashville star Carrie Underwood, whose album Cry Pretty drops tonight, will flip the switch at the Grand Ole Opry to turn the signature barn backdrop pink in support of the fight against breast cancer. This will take place on 10/26 as part of the 10th annual Opry Goes Pink. And she's slated to perform twice that night. The moment marks a return for Underwood, who first flipped the switch back in 2009.
"Cry Pretty Opry Goes Pink" packages—featuring Opry Goes Pink tickets, the new album due and a collectible print—have also been created. Starting today, $5 from every package and ticket sold will be donated to the cause. These can be snagged at opry.com and at (800) SEE-OPRY.
