A TOAST TO LADY A
1/11/21

BMLG RecordsLady A are toasting the bubbly, as the country trio celebrate their 11th career radio chart-topper and multi-week #1 with “Champagne Nights.”

Featured on the Grammy-winners and current nominees’ #1 album, Ocean Deluxe Edition, “Champagne Nights” is the first song from NBC’s Songland to become a radio hit and was penned by show mentor Shane McAnally, aspiring songwriter Madeline Merlo and the trio.

"Since we started the journey with ‘Champagne Night’ every step of the process has been so special to us,” shared Hillary Scott.

“We couldn’t be more thankful for all the support from our fans and friends at Country radio and to Songland for believing in the song as much as we did.”

Spending three weeks on top of the Mediabase/Country Aircheck Singles chart and two at #1 on the Country Airplay chart, “Champagne Nights” follows 2019’s chart-topper “What If I Never Get Over You.”

Additionally, Lady A shared details for their newly formed LadyAID Scholarship Fund, which supports students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Applications will be available early this year. For more info, click here.
