TPG in hunt for EMI

DAVE’S HERE: Add David Bonderman’s private-equity firm TPG Capital to the list of bidders for EMI. So says the N.Y. Post, which further notes that Citigroup is currently meeting with bidders who are conducting due diligence. Earlier this year, TPG bought a 35% stake in CAA and formed a $500 million fund with CAA for future investments. (8/17a)
