The talent management division at Primary Wave has merged with film/TV-heavy Intellectual Artists Management. Combining their powers and running under the name Primary Wave Entertainment, the company will be run by CEO/Founder Primary Wave Larry Mestel, CEO/Founder of Intellectual Artists David Guillod and CEO/Founder Evolution Mark Burg, who's been tapped as Vice Chairman.
