RAPINO TO RE-UP

Michael Rapino will continue to run Live Nation through 2022, according to multiple reports.

The President/CEO of the world’s largest concert promoter is expected to sing a new contract in the coming days. Amplify and Pollstar reported the news first.

Rapino has been CEO of Live Nation since it was formed in 2005 when it was spun off Clear Channel Communication. In the last year, the company has had record earnings and posted its highest stock price ever, $46.16.The company has annual revenue of more than $8 billion.

We recently sat down with Live Nation’s U.S. concerts president to talk about how swell business is going.
