Lionsgate's The Commuter ends up as the only debut in this weekend's box office Top 5. Meanwhile, Steven Spielberg's Meryl Streep-led The Post (Fox) impressively leaps #15-2, up nearly 1,000% thanks to a wide release that welcomed the addition of 2,783 theaters (and great buzz).

A little further down on the list, Warner Bros.' Paddington 2 and Sony/Columbia's Proud Mary bow at #7 and #8 with $10.6m and 10.0m, respectively.
