Happy Valentine's Day. Did you get the long-stemmed roses and Godiva truffles? You did? Well, uh, they were... from us? 

You know who really did get you something to commemorate this romantic holiday? Ellie Goulding. The Interscope siren has released her lovely cover of the Don McLean perennial "Vincent" as a standalone single, and offered this context on Instagram:

And sometimes, you write about it, and want to give that message to the person that you love, in a song form, when the rest won’t do.”

And then there's Interscope rapper Moneybagg Yo, who followed up his 2017 Valentine's Day release, Heartless, with a new project, entitled 2 Heartless. It's romantic AF, yo.

It may remind you of an era when Valentine's Day was marked by the First Couple celebrating their relationship, rather than the POTUS' lawyer talking about how he paid off a porn star.
