10:22 PM DAWNS WITH CHANTEL JEFFRIES

The first release from Celine Joshua’s 10:22 pm label, DJ/producer Chantel Jeffries’ “Wait” f/Offset and Vory, will be released Friday.

A DJ and a brand ambassador, Jeffries used mathematical sequencing to create tracks, pulling influences from the Caribbean and house music. She plans to release her own line of merchandise later this year timed with her debut EP, Calculated Luck.

“From the moment I met Chantel,” UMG GM Commercial, Content and Artist Strategy Joshua said, “I knew she was a creative force with a unique ear for music, and I’m honored that she’s the first artist to sign to my new label.”

10:22 pm is a Universal Music Group label in partnership with Steve Barnett’s Capitol Music Group.

“Celine Joshua has believed in me from day one and I am so grateful she has opened up her home of 10:22 pm and has shared this entire experience with me,” Jeffries said. “I was lucky enough to not only work with incredible hit-makers such as Louis Bell and Vory, but was also able to create the record of my dreams with my closest friends.”
