The 2018 MTV Video Music Awards nominations are here and brand new mommy Cardi B leads the pack.
Cardi received 10 nominations—including video, song and artist of the year.
The other notable highlights were the eight nominations for Beyoncé and Jay Z, aka The Carters, who received nods for video of the year, best collaboration and best hip-hop for their striking visual for “Apesh*t," famously filmed at the Louvre Museum in Paris.
Childish Gambino and Drake nabbed seven nominations each, while Bruno Mars scored six, Ariana Grande and Camila Cabello garnered five and Ed Sheeran, Khalid and Young Thug walked away with four.
The 35th annual VMAs will return to New York City this year, broadcasting live from Radio City Music Hall on Monday, 8/20 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT.
Kennedy and Puck couldn't be reached for comment.
