For the second year in a row, Live Nation Entertainment has been recognized as a top workplace for LGBTQ equality by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation.

The promotion giant received a perfect score of 100 on HRC's Corporate Equality Index (CEI), which is the nation's premier benchmarking tool that recognizes organizations that practice LGBTQ equality in:

  • Transgender Benefits & Wellness
  • Domestic Partner Benefits
  • Culture & Encouragement
  • Corporate & Employee Policies

  • Public engagement with the LGBTQ community

“Live music has a unique ability to connect and unite people from all different backgrounds, and we promote that same sense of community and belonging for our employees at Live Nation,” said Michael Rapino, President and CEO, Live Nation Entertainment. “We’re always striving to create a more inclusive and equitable culture, and are proud to be recognized by the Human Rights Campaign once again.”
