A WONDER-FUL PROMOTION AT WBR

Norman Wonderly has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Creative, for Warner Bros. Records. He has been with the label for nine years as SVP of the label’s Creative Services team.

He has overseen creative campaigns and music videos for artists such as Bebe Rexha, Dua Lipa, Gary Clark Jr. and many others. Wonderly was instrumental in the interior design and branding of WBR’s new headquarters in downtown L.A. where he did everything from selecting furniture to commissioning original murals.

Wonderly reports to WBR Co-Chairman & COO Tom Corson, who said, “Norman has a broad and critical role within WBR. He crafts powerful, individual brands for our artists and his amazing eye, great taste, and original ideas translate musical energy into visual style. He is the master of creating an impactful, captivating aesthetic that extends across everything we do at WBR— from album art and videos to the amazing new environment we’re experiencing every day. I’m delighted to announce this richly deserved promotion.”

Before joining the label, Wonderly was Publisher of Alternative Press magazine.

“Long before I joined this amazing company, I was a huge fan of the label’s visual approach and language, and it’s a privilege to be tasked with taking it into the future,” Wonderly said.
