With a little help from TikTok, "Somebody Does" by sister duo Tigirlily has rocketed to #1 at iTunes—dislodging Olivia Rodrigo's monster "drivers license" from that airy perch—and fueled speculation about the North Dakota duo's future. Word out of the 615 is that they've been hotly pursued and that a deal is all but locked up. Who's inking close-harmonizing sibs Kendra and Krista Slaubaugh?
