Superior Music Corporation has entered into sync services partnerships with Defend Music (including writers for Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings, El-P and New Bomb Turks and various jazz and funk labels) and Canada-based Americana-roots outlet Roaring Girl Records, and has become the North American sub-publisher for U.K. Split Music, whose music adorns myriad films and trailers you’ve been seeing. Superior President/Founder Mara Schwartz Kuge made the announcement while engraving the new partners’ names on her washtub bass.
