RINGO GOES TO BMG
4/10/18

Ringo Starr has moved his entire catalog to BMG in a new exclusive worldwide publishing deal.

The pact covers more than Starr’s 150 titles, among them the Beatles songs “Don’t Pass Me By” and “Octopus’s Garden” and the solo hits “It Don’t Come Easy,” “Photograph” and “Back Off Boogaloo” as well as future compositions.

“Ringo Starr is a contemporary artist with an incredible history, and BMG is exceptionally proud that he has chosen us to represent his past and future songs,” BMG CEO Hartwig Masuch said.

Starr has released 19 studio albums since The Beatles broke up. His most recent album was last year’s Give More Love.

"I love making music and the song writing process—and putting new music out there to play along side the old,” Starr said. “How great to be working with BMG who are excited to have my entire catalog."

Starr will again be touring this summer with a new iteration of his All Starr Band.
