Warner Chappell Music has named Jon Chen as Senior Director of A&R. Based in L.A., Chen will report to WCM’s President of A&R, U.S., Ryan Press.
Previously, Chen served as Senior Creative Director at BMG Music Publishing, where he worked with the likes of Bebe Rexha, Jason Evigan, Alex Salibian, Rook Monroe, Bipolar Sunshine and Trackside and learned that some corporate memos are funnier in the original German.
Prior to his tenure at BMG, he was as an A&R Manager at Warner Records, where he assisted in the development of artists such as Dua Lipa, Rexha and Jason Derulo.
