The broody synth-pop sounds of Epic L.A.-based quartet Transviolet made their TV debut on James Corden last night. Watch a video of their performance of single "Girls Your Age" below.

With 735k+ combined SoundCloud plays for their breakout EP and #1 honors from HypeMachine, the group has certainly made their presence known by bloggers and tastemakers alike.

A little support from the most followed person on Twitter—Katy Perry—doesn't hurt either.
