A CHORUS OF PRAISE: IVORS 2024 NOMS
WHAT IT IS: Born to musician parents in Stockholm, LÉON is doing what she knows best; it’s in her blood. She’s honed her performing chops, fronting a 10-piece hip-hop/soul band since the age of 17. At 21, she decided to go out on her own after meeting Swedish producer Agrin Rahmani, who has been her muse ever since. Together, with Agrin at the helm as her sole producer and co-writer, they’ve developed a deep body of work over the last year. The soulful indie/pop songstress released her debut EP Treasure in October, and is finishing up her full-length, which she plans to release in the fall.
