Hollywood Records is gearing up for quite a 2020 with acts like Sofia Carson, New Hope Club, Scarypoolparty, and more leading the way.
Musician, actress, philanthropist and fashionista Carson is Teen Vogues’ newest cover girl for their Young Hollywood issue. Following a slew of releases in 2019, Carson became Revlon’s global brand ambassador and dropped the music video for "I Luv U" f/R3HAB, which has garnered 6m+ streams on Spotify alone.
New Hope Club has also released a new music video for their single “Let Me Down Slow,” which was released on 1/17. The three-piece band sold out two shows last summer at London’s O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire and set out on their first headline world tour.
Also on a hot streak is Scarypoolparty, a.k.a. Alejandro Aranda, who signed with Hollywood Records just last year. Set to play at the GRAMMY Museum on 3/4, the intimate performance comes after a year of festival dates, sold out tours and a debut album for the American Idol runner-up.
Check out the acoustic video for “Let Me Down Slow” below and keep an eye out on what these up and comers are up to this year.
