Swedish indie-electronic producer Kasbo has dropped his latest track “Play Pretend” f/Ourchives. Released via Foreign Family Collective/Counter Records, the single is the first off his sophomore album, The Making of a Paracosm. Due in 10/23, the 14-track album features collaborations from Frida Sundemo, Freja The Dragon, Nea and NOOMI as well as Vancouver Sleep Clinic.
Marking his first single of 2020, “Play Pretend” also arrives with a music video. With striking soundscapes, the vid offers a glimpse into the story behind the forthcoming album.
Since the release of his breakout EP in 2015, Kasbo has gone on to open for headliners like ODESZA on their sold-out tour and has headlined his own shows at L.A.’s Fonda, NYC's Bowery Ballroom, CO’s Red Rocks Amphitheater and festivals such as Coachella and Firefly.
