Singer/songwriter SHOCKEY has made quite a splash with his debut single, “HIGH.” Released via Laurel Pass Records, the stoner anthem arrives alongside a music video that’s interlaced with nostalgic clips like Hey Arnold and Tom & Jerry, to a mid-inhale Elon Musk and friends doing what they do best when they smoke together—chilling.
