FULMER LANDS AT FARMCLUB

Darcy Fulmer, a former executive at Sonicnet, MTV and VH1, has joined Jimmy and Doug's Farmclub.com as Senior VP, Music Programming and Talent.

Fulmer will be responsible for the selection of talent appearing on "Farmclub.com" (the one-hour weekly music series airing Mondays on USA Network) and the featured downloads on the Farmclub.com Web site. She will also assist the A&R department in packaging artists signed to the Farmclub.com record label.

"What's exciting here is that Farmclub.com is a totally new space," Fulmer said. "There are no rules. We're establishing a brand on this new frontier and what's fun is that my team can set the tone for what Farmclub.com stands for by the music we present."

When MTV re-launched VH1 in 1994, Fulmer was brought in as Director of Music Programming. Two years later, she was given the same position for MTV and MTV2, just as the latter was launched.

In 1999, when MTV acquired Sonicnet.com, Fulmer was appointed VP, Music Content, developing programming for radio stations as well as features for its Web site.
