Pearl Jam has a massive plan to help fans who trade tapes of past performances. The band's official site,
www.tenclub.net, said that each concert from the band's current 28-city European tour will be released
as a double-live “official bootleg” CD. The recordings will be mixed by
Brett Eliason and will be available at the end of July through the band's Web sites. It's not known if Pearl Jam will continue the bootleg series for their North American tour dates, which begin Aug. 3. No word whether the
RIAA will suethe band for pirating their own material or
Ticketmaster will sue them for allowing the tapes to get out…
