THE STOCKS SHALL RISE AGAIN

Wall Street Rebounds From Record Lows
Investors have rallied to snap the U.S. Stock Market back into shape. Stocks, due for a rebound after last week's record lows rose overall today, as the Dow emerged with its fifth biggest point gain ever, rising 368 points and closing at 8,603.86. The Nasdaq also resurged, jumping more than 76 points at close today.

Wall Street strategists cheered the gains, and spoke of an anticipated economic upturn, but still recommend caution, attributing the gains to short term technical bounce. Still, after the first full week of trading since the attack, the market, like the country, needed the boost.
