Next week, look for Jive Texas hip-hop perennials UGK, Slip-N-Slide/Atlantic rappers Plies and Hollywood’s Jonas Brothers to lead the charge.

COMMON COMES ON!!

Korn, Sean Kingston, Kidz Bop All Debut in Top 10, as Buble, McGraw, Paramore Move Up
It may not last Forever, but you’ll be Finding conscious rapper Common at the top of HITS’ Album Sales chart this week, with a total of 157k.

That was enough to beat back Virgin’s Korn, whose Untitled album (or is it simply “untitled?”) chalked up 125k to finish #2.

Epic genre-bending reggae dance-hall sensation Sean Kingston, who has chalked up more than 15 million MySpace streams of his songs, including the smash “Beautiful Girls,” debuts at #6 with 74k, just ahead of Razor & Tie’s perennially money-making Kidz Bop 12, bowing at #7.

UTV/UMe’s Now 25 drops from #1 to #3 with 124k, leading a group of holdovers headed by Disney’s Hannah Montana 2 (#4), New Line’s Hairspray soundtrack (#5), Grand Hustle/Atlantic’s T.I. (#8), A&M/Interscope’s Fergie (#9) and WB’s Linkin Park (#10).

Other first-time chart entrants include Virgin pop-punk-rockers Starting Line (#28) and veteran Koch hip-hopper Keith Murray (#50).

Double-digit gainers include Curb’s Tim McGraw, with the hit single “If You’re Reading This” added to his Let It Go album, fueling a #37-25, +31% jump. The Country superstar originally sang the song on the ACM Awards telecast in May, with the live version remastered for release after radio began airing the original.

Michael Buble’s Reprise album, Call Me Irresponsible, rockets #27-19, +28%, thanks to his appearance on Regis and Kelly, while Fueled by Ramen’s Paramore moves #49-44, +11%, on the strength of their appearance on the Warped Tour.

Other impressive moves are registered by Sony BMG Latin’s El Cantante soundtrack, from the movie featuring Marc Anthony and wife Jennifer Lopez, building on its nationwide opening last week. Also up is Hollywood twin sisters teenpop queens Aly & AJ’s Insomniatic, up 11% at #38.

Next week, look for Jive Texas hip-hop perennials UGK, Slip-N-Slide/Atlantic rappers Plies and Hollywood’s Jonas Brothers to lead the charge.
