Shazam/Rdio

THERE IS A LAND BEYOND THE PREVIEW: Shazam users will be able to stream full songs within the app, thanks to a partnership with Rdio. After Shazaming a track, users can go “beyond the preview” and enjoy the entire song—provided they’re Rdio subscribers (the streaming service’s app can be scored at the iOS download store now, with Android store access coming in mere days). They’ll also be able to access the new “Your Shazamed Tracks” automatic playlist feature and an “add to playlist” button. Just what you needed: More stuff to do with your phone. (7/15a)
