WHAT'S UP WITH DOC: Clear Channel has expanded SVP Urban Programming Doc Wynter's duties, adding development of multiformat talent—as part of the development team run by Dennis Clark— to his ongoing role as Urban and Urban AC Brand Manager and working with label partners in Urban formats. President of National Programming Tom Poleman declared that Wynter's "programming expertise is second to none" and deemed him "a proven coach within the Urban formats," adding, "We're excited to have him expand his coaching to other formats." "I have a passion for developing talent and look forward to furthering many of our personalities' careers," Wynter said.
