Motown's Toni Braxton & Babyface win hearts as Valentine's Day approaches, The Beatles' hits anthology 1 maintains momentum following Sunday night's TV marathon (which CBS will re-air tomorrow night at 8:30, in case you missed it) and another new Country release, from Warner Nashville's Frankie Ballard, hops onto the leaderboard. On the singles side, Columbia's Pharrell holds "Happy" dominion over a Top 10 of mostly chart veterans; the sole new arrival is "You're Mine" from his labelmate Lea Michele, a love song that's also Valentine's-ready.
