Capitol signs Naughty Boy

NAUGHTY BY MAJOR: The U.K.'s biggest-selling single of the year is finally coming to America via Capitol. The label has scored a major coup by signing Naughty Boy, the DJ-producer-artist behind the worldwide hit "La La La," for the U.S. This VEVO clip has thus far racked up more than 81 million views. Naughty Boy (aka British-born Shahid Khan) gained a reputation as Emeli Sande's producer/co-writer, and has helmed hits for Brit rappers Chipmunk and Wiley. (8/22p)
