Cheap Trick Mark 35 Years of Budokan

SURRENDER OR ELSE: Members of veteran rock group Cheap Trick melt down 1,876,487 of Rick Nielsen’s guitar picks to create this amazing life-like sculpture marking the 35th anniversary of their classic live at Budokan album. The band celebrated the occasion with live renditions of the original set list in New York and L.A., recorded for future release on CD and DVD. Pictured before marveling that Robin Zander can still fit into the same white suit he’s been wearing for the past 35 years are (l-r) drummer Daxx Nielsen, Legacy President Adam Block, bassist Tom Petersson, Zander, Nielsen, VP A&R/Content John Jackson and Associate Director of Marketing Marisa Magliola Jeffries.
