Opening Arguments: "Ruthless" AEG

ROUND ONE: The attorney for Michael Jackson's heirs called AEG "ruthless" and "desperate" in his opening arguments today, saying it knowingly pressured Dr. Conrad Murray to keep Jackson performing at all costs. Lawyer Brian Panish ripped the concert promoter as pursuing its goal of becoming "No. 1 in the concert business" so recklessly that it cost the megastar his life. Read more in our story here.
