JANN'S YAWN: Several high-profile music executives are bemoaning the state of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, which they feel has become less a celebration of musical brilliance through the decades than a reflection of Jann Wenner's personal agenda, shutting them--and everyone else--out of the process. Indeed, some industry heavyweights have become openly disdainful of the present-day Hall of Fame, referring to it as "Wennergate." So says our own I.B.
