Maltese Joins Primary Wave Talent

THE MALTESE FALCON LANDS: Music manager Chris Maltese has joined Primary Wave Talent Management as a new Management Partner to bolster their current rock division. Chris was brought in by division head Steve Hutton. Maltese manages former Glassnote band Secondhand Serenade, who kick off their headlining tour this week, and DigsIn group Bronze Radio Return, with an album in June, and the first single, “Further On,” featured in the current PGA TV spot. Other acts on his roster include Val Emmich (formerly on Epic) and touted hip-hop act The Natural. He spent eight years at MTV as a senior producer/writer in the radio department until 2008, when he left to form his own Maltese Management company. (2/26p)
