Oscar best bets

HANDICAPPING THE OSCARS: Oddsmaker Danny Sheridan tells Page Six he’s got “no doubts” about five of six top categories. The only tossup, he says, will be for Best Supporting Actor, with Tommy Lee Jones (Lincoln) slightly favored over Christoph Waltz (Django Unchained) at 7:5 (because Waltz won it in 2009). Argo is at 1:20 to win Best Picture. But Steven Spielberg is favored to win Best Director at 1:7, and Daniel Day-Lewis (“a serious actor in a serious part,” Danny said), is 1:250 to win Best Actor. Jennifer Lawrence is a 1:2 lock as Best Actress for Silver Linings Playbook, with Emanuelle Riva (Amour) a 3:1 runner-up. “Riva has support among older voters,” Sheridan said. For Best Supporting Actress, Anne Hathaway is favored 1:100 to win for Les Misérables, while Sally Field (Lincoln) is a 50:1 long shot. The Oscars air live (8 ET/5PT) Sunday on ABC. (2/22a)
