Rdio Offers Artist Subscription Program

RDIO RDIO: Music subscription service Rdio launches a program today that pays artists $10 for any new subscribers they bring to the service. It's a creative attempt to solve two of subscription radio's biggest headaches: subscriber growth and underpaying artists. Brendan Benson, Snoop Dogg/Snoop Lion, Scissor Sisters and A-Trak are all on board. (10/2a)
