HENCHMAN PUBLICIST SPEAKS: The publicist for Jimmy Rosemond, the rap tycoon/drug trafficker ex-L.A. Times journalist Chuck Phillips has accused of beating up Tupac Shakur in the 1994 ambush at N.Y.’s Quad Studios, has denied the man referred to as “Henchman” confessed to the assault.
