A HARD WAYNE'S GONNA FALL: Lil Wayne's 10-track digital album, I Am Not a Human Being, reportedly consisting of songs recorded around the time of the yet-to-be-released Tha Carter IV, hit the streets last week on Cash Money/Universal Motown and will debut at #2 on tomorrow's chart. A physical version of the album, with three additional cuts, will hit Oct. 12. It will be interesting to see what the sales trajectory will be like. Weezy's Tha Carter III debuted with first-week sales of a million in June 2008m while Rebirth bowed last February with 176k. The rapper is currently serving an eight-month prison sentence in N.Y.''s Rikers Island after being convicted of criminal possession of a weapon stemming from an incident in July 2007. He is slated for release on Nov. 4. (10/4p)
