Bieber Book in Oct.

THE BOOK ON BIEBER: There was Justin Bieber the YouTube star, the pop icon, the comic actor on SNL and now it’s Justin Bieber the author. HarperCollins will publish the 16-year-old’s official illustrated memoir, First Step 2 Forever: My Story, a behind-the-scenes glimpse at his rise, slated for publication in the U.S. and U.K. this Oct. "I'm excited to share just a little bit more of my world with my fans through this book," he says. "I think this is going to be something they can all enjoy." Manager Scooter Braun and CAA sold the rights for the tome to HC’s Anna Valentine and Emily Brenner. (8/2p)
