LADY WEARS A SUIT: In other Gaga news, the Fame Monster is now countersuing ex-boyfriend/producer Rob Fusari, who filed a $30 million action alleging he’s been unfairly denied royalties due him, claiming a critical role in the formation, conceptualization and transformation of Stefani Germanotta into her current superstar incarnation. Fusari claims he has a contract, with Gaga’s attorneys now insisting the agreement is illegal. "The above described arrangement was structured in such a way as to mask its true purpose…to provide to the Defendants unlawful compensation for their services as unlicensed employment agents," says the filing.
