Linn Upped at MTV

MTV TAPS LINN: Chris Linn has been named EVP of MTV Production by the net’s President of Programming Tony DiSanto. Linn will support DiSanto in the strategic management and execution of production and channel-wide initiatives across departments, as well as serving as a fluffer for Jersey Shore’s Snookie and The Situation. Linn began his career with MTV Networks in 1990 at Nickelodeon Studios Florida. In February of 2005, Chris joined MTV as VP Executive in Charge of Production, Development & Animation. Last year, he took on the additional responsibility of overseeing the development and production of TV Movies for MTV as Executive Producer on My Super Psycho Sweet 16 as well as the upcoming movie Turn the Beat Around.
