THE SOUND OF SETTLING: The Verizon Center episode was separate from another one involving a pair of Springsteen concerts, also last May, at New Jersey's Izod Center. In that case, fans complained that Ticketmaster.com redirected them to higher-priced tickets on TicketsNow, even when face-value tickets were still available from TM proper. That case was settled with the New Jersey Attorney General, as TM peeled $350k toward refunds and agreed to stop sending customers to TicketsNow. (2/18a)
