CERADINI TO CAPITOL

Respected Publicity Exec Moves Over From Top Post at Epic

Lauren Ceradini has made the switch to Capitol Music Group as VP of Publicity. She’ll be based the company’s recently expanded New York offices and will report to SVP Publicity Ambrosia Healy, who broke the news.

Ceradini spent the last five-plus years heading Epic’s publicity department, including the label’s corporate communications. She’s a Rogers & Cowan alumna and a Maryland Terp, having graduated with honors from the school when it was still a member of the ACC. But we digress.

Healy accompanied her announcement with a quote, noting that Lauren “has a stellar reputation in the industry and is adored by her colleagues… CMG and its artists will immediately feel the positive difference that Lauren will make to the team.”

Ceradini returned the compliment, describing her new boss as “one of the most well respected executives in this business. It's an exciting time to be part of the Capitol Music Group team and I am thrilled at the opportunity to work across its labels and the groundbreaking artist roster that Steve Barnett and the CMG team are building.”

Well put, Lauren. Now get back to work.
