Azoff MSG Acquires Stake in On Board Experiential Marketing, Reports Say

Azoff MSG Entertainment has acquired an interest On Board Experiential Marketing (OBE), a firm specializing in integrating live and online events for brands. The deal reportedly gives the 20-year-old OBE, which boasts clients like Google, Nike, Yahoo!, EA Sports, Red Bull and Subaru, access to talent repped by Irving Azoff and Jim Dolan's venture.

“OBE is a great company, and I welcome them into the AMSGE family,” reads a quote from Azoff. "[Co-founders] Dan Hirsch and Deb Lemon have created truly authentic, innovative campaigns, and we look forward to working with them to expand their business to the entertainment community."
