KIIS' Beata, Lovato, Hollywood's DJ Ennis and fans |
Demi Lovato's "Cool for the Summer" has officially become the soundtrack to all your upcoming BBQs, pool parties and road trips. The song, released via a JV deal between Safehouse, Island and Hollywood Records, was Most Added at Top 40 radio this week by a mile, with 150 adds, causing it to debut at #25.
The lyric video, which has earned 700k views in less than 24 hours, is comprised of footage from all of the preceding Cool for the Summer Parties. Watch it here. The photos below and to the left were both taken at the L.A. party, hosted by iHeart's KIIS-FM.
Seen celebrating "Cool" in a pool (undoubtedly filled with the pop star's tears) are Republic's Gary Spangler, John Taylor and Phil McIntire of Philymack, Lucas Romeo and Toby Russell of Republic and Demi.
