TRAVELLER'S NEXT DESTINATION: SNL

Mercury Nashville multi-Grammy nominee Chris Stapleton will be Saturday Night Live's musical guest on 1/16.

This news follows a year of big developments for the gifted singer/songwriter, whose album Traveller has sold like gangbusters since his CMA performance with Justin Timberlake (he took home Album, Male vocalist and New Artist of the Year CMAs). His sales explosion was followed by Grammy nods for Album of the Year, Best Country Album, Best Country Song and Best Country Solo Performance, so that's not too shabby.
