Def Jam ruler Steve Bartels presents chart-topping artist Alessia Cara with a plaque commemorating double platinum sales for her smash "Here" (currently #1 at Pop radio). The photo op went down backstage at NYC's Webster Hall, the sold-out first stop on Cara's first major headlining tour. She later noted that the only thing more Def than her plaque was Steve's sweater.
