Later, label ruler Steve Bartels stopped by with bialys. Seen in the midst of a collective "Hey Buddy" are the team's Brittany O’Garro, Marcus Ferrer, Anamaria Larios, Eric Parler, Natina Nimene, Shealey and Bill Evans.

Bartels also issued a quote, noting this "major accomplishment for Rodney and his team ... It's a testament to Rodney's incredible instincts, his tireless drive and his unmatched relationships at the format and in inspiring excellence from his team." Bartels also hailed Rihanna and the Roc Nation folks. For his part, Shealey thanked Bartels and key team members, whom he counted himself "extremely proud and gratified" to grind—er, oversee.
