DOLLY SIGNS WITH SONY NASHVILLE

Dolly Parton and Sony Music Nashville have created a worldwide joint venture to release Dolly’s new studio album, Pure & Simple. Dolly Records/RCA Nashville will release Pure & Simple on 8/19, with preorders starting Friday. Following the photo op above, Sony chieftain Doug Morris confided that when he first heard "Coat of Many Colors," he, like many of us Jews, wished he could feel the fabric.
