ALLEGED ROADIES DISS PISSES BLOGGER OFF

What self-styled industry gadfly is ranting and raving to anyone who'll listen over the way an apparently fictionalized (if thinly veiled) version of the music-biz blogger is portrayed on the Showtime series Roadies? While the mostly bathrobe-clad Bryce Newman character, played by Rainn Wilson, is a broad parody, it has had many industry insiders laughing in recognition—even if he comes off as more influential and less ridiculous than his alleged real-life counterpart.

On a related note, rumors that Rainn Wilson was recently spotted in Aspen with Jason Flom couldn't be confirmed at presstime.
